Me and Kate are back, took about an hour in customs! OMG what a great day!!

Here is my story. I've lived problem free life, payed my taxes. One day I decided to marry this girl. But to do so would require her to come to US of A, and so it started. My problem free live turned in to free problems from USCIS! Sure things turned to unsure, certain dates turned to aproximation within months. All logical thinking was out the door, as I filed my papers withing famous Vermont Centre!

Mike will pick up his visa at around 3 PM today! He passed the interview! :-)

He was all ready to activate right away but I told him we may have a problem because he hasn't sold his house yet and he needs to do that before becoming a PR of the US or we're going to get a big tax hit. So... he'll have a visa he can't use for a while longer. I can't believe we didn't have our ducks in a row on this one. Silly us. (Rats.)

We have a buyer but he has to sell his house first so.... The wait for actually living together continues... :crying:
