Well you have to know exact date it left nvc

Here is my story. I've lived problem free life, payed my taxes. One day I decided to marry this girl. But to do so would require her to come to US of A, and so it started. My problem free live turned in to free problems from USCIS! Sure things turned to unsure, certain dates turned to aproximation within months. All logical thinking was out the door, as I filed my papers withing famous Vermont Centre!

Our interview was scheduled on Oct 30th and till today they still havent forwarded our case to the embassy. They just keep saying we will send it soon! This is so annoying. Anybody know how long it usually takes them to send it to the embassy. We called the embassy and they said they will reschedule us for an earlier date but they cant do that until they have the file because dont even see our case number in the system.

Should I possibly try to speak to supervisor to send it off since it has been a week now and they still havent sent it? I asked them yesterday to speak to one but they wouldnt let me.

Dr. King, what is wrong with you? I know you like to ask for people's opinion but as you told me, this is immigration Board. No matter you post it here or in OT you may get a same answer. So don't you disturb your life with these fools comments. We all believe in what we live for and we like it that way.

If you don't come back here, then I may havet o knock on your door and drag you back here

I know its been tough time for all of us but we as people have stepped up and we will change.

Don't be an outsider!!!!

ChooChoo, if they have already scheduled you for an interview, then don't worry and they will send it off to embassy ASAP. My case was expedited but it took them a week. Depeneds how many cases are going to that embassy per day or per week. They will try to ship as much as they can to save the money. I know its frustrating for you and everyone else but we are almost done and we should wait little more. You should definitly call them up and ask for supervisor and follow up with the case.

Good Luck :star:

Hi,

I was able to track one package going from the NVC to the U.S.Embassy in Madrid.

The package was sent on November 4th 2008 and was delivered on November 6th 2008.

The tracking number is 9483001220

I don´t know, if this was your application or no. No packages were sent on November 3rd or November 5th.

You might call the NVC and ask them when they had sent your application. If it was on November 4th 2008, you application has already been delivered.

Hope this helps

Hi Ling Ling,

I have read Ring Ring´s interview report. I am happy her immigrant visa was approved the same day as mine. I am glad her interview was simple and didn´t take a long time.

I have my immigrant visa in my passport since yesterday. I am flying to the U.S. on November 16th. When is your wife coming to the U.S.?

Hey Martina,

Thanks, and congrats to you again. Isn't America GREAT!

Looks like you'll be home sooner than Ring Ring.

She's got a schedule full of friends and former co-workers that want to see her before she moves away.

Since she was working for the airline until a couple of weeks ago, she hasn't had the time to pack and see friends.

Now that she's retired (sounds like old person...but she's not) she has time to do things.

But she'll be home for the December holidays.

...the journey continues.

I am having a going-away party tomorrow evening. I invited about 15 friends to a restaurant, we are going to drink wine and beer and eat goulash. Then we are planning on going to a night club. I might get home really late, I guess. Parties in the Czech Republic are great, I got home at 4:00 AM last time.

Thanks alot, i really hope they send it off soon. Funny thing is that since there has been packages sent off 3 times already since our interview been scheduled. So, not sure why they wouldnt have just included in those packages. Well, DHL website just got updated and another package was sent today. And today it was 5 pounds, so maybe ours is in today shipment. I will call again tomorrow and find out I guess. Thanks again!

Hey "Sir Nimche the Good and formerly Gold but now beyond Platinum",

I took your advice on my signature...makes sense, and looks good.

Ring Ring is semi-retired. No mo flying except as passenger.

She's gonna be my workout coach (make me slim and trim) and my biz partner (make me rich)

and my best friend (make me happy) and lots of other important jobs at home.

Love You Ring Ring! :luv:

I'll continue to be delicious :)

The Schengen Agreement, is really just about the absence of physical borders throughout Europe.

What you're more interested in is that your POE is a Hague Convention country, with a reciprocal VWP (Visa Waiver Program).

European VWP countries are:

Andorra, Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (including French overseas territories), Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom

You shouldn't have any problems using your US Passport.

Congratulations on a great first use for it...bringing Mimche home.

Oh...our kids...maybe Bing Bing and Ting Ting...it's up to Ring Ring. :)
