Yeah my AVR is still giving the RFE message. "The NVC has reviewed your packet of forms and found information missing or incomplete..."

I actually got nervous for a bit thinking the rep said my case was complete just to mess with me (not really, but still). Wasn't truly 100% convinced until hubby reported that he got the interview letter. :)

Thanks for the questions, looks like most of them are ok. Except for Naturalization, Insurance questions, and etc... how would she know that?

She can go but it is not recommanded. (its only me probably)

Well, most likley they should have evrything they need from NVC otherwise they wouldn't send your case to consulate. So if you can't get the copies and give the to your spouse, there is nothing you can do and probably she should be fine.

But its good to carry them.

And I'm here in 'America's Hat' (as my friend in VA so fondly refers to my country).

Seems I've misplaced my AOS papers too. My my we're an organized bunch aren't we? Come to think of it, I may have forgotten to make copies. My husband brought them when he got here in August and I think I was so happy to see that package that I just triple checked it and dropped it in an envelope. :oops:
