I need to find this Sophia person for the next time I call. She sounds like a good woman and with a heart? How did she make it through the gruelling NVC interview process. I was sure that being rude was part of the requirement

S and S she sounded good but the poof is in the pudding (I think i heard this before). Lets see how good she is today  I will call and see, I don't know why a stack of papers all good to go can hold so many people up??? Don't they have a check off list the go down?.. lets see

325g check

cr1 app check

pictures check

865 check

ds230 check

fees check

rfe check

there you go "case complete" not that Stinking hard!!!!!!!!

You have a good point. They may sound helpful but it doesn't mean they actually get anything done. Kind of like my congresswoman's office, lol. She does things and tries to do them quickly, but I get no real results from it, just more information I pretty much already knew.

What they are looking at in NVC I don't know. I still have that link someone provided that tells you which security checks are done at which level. The NVC security checks are not supposed to take more than 24 hours, but in some cases it can be much longer. I hope that isn't what your stuck in or that any of us get stuck in it.

By the way, I want some of that "No AP" water. Sounds like good stuff.

So she gets her medical, goes to the interview, and then?

At the interview she'll find out if she's approved. If so they'll either issue the visa paperwork on the spot or will courier it to her within a week (depending on your consultate) And then she is free to fly over and join you! :D

so so, what will I do now instead of calling NVC or USCIS?

Do I have a purpose still?

Here is my story. I've lived problem free life, payed my taxes. One day I decided to marry this girl. But to do so would require her to come to US of A, and so it started. My problem free live turned in to free problems from USCIS! Sure things turned to unsure, certain dates turned to aproximation within months. All logical thinking was out the door, as I filed my papers withing famous Vermont Centre!

Kumbiah, my friends....

20 years is too much, could you schedule that for an earlier date? 20 years from now, I have been sent to war 2 times in period of 8 years probably (John has promised) and I am not sure if I can be still alive after this.

John said,

I will keep the balance. You wife comes here from Middle east and I will send you over to make sure the weight scale show an even balance through out the process of 8 years.
