awww to wait another three months... even if my husband gets his next week we will wait until Jan so that i can go over there and bring him back together. I hate not being with him as soon as possible but love the idea of seeing the family again. too.

Its not impossible at all...all embassies are different...lucky you only have to wait 3 months...I called NVC and I didn't make it for November...so all in all it will be a 6 months wait for me and that is if I get a December date.....

I was just at the russian forum and I read that after NVC it usually takes Moscow get this 3 ###### months to schedule an interview!!! Most of Russian forum users are K-1 though, so is it possible that there is more wait for them? I cant do any more 3 more months of waiting!!!

It shouldn't be too bad Ilya. Fedup's case was complete 09/16 and his interview is scheduled 11/21. I see no reason you shouldn't be getting a December interview.

God knows....

I don't have any updates to give. I have been calling immigration attorneys for 2 weeks now and no one knows the system for waivers and such. It is sad when you go into an attorneys office and you know more about it than they do. I am going to start searching out of state for a good sttorney. And for the "do you even care" comment... wow... just wow...

Do you even care for us I thought at first that you have your lawyer, but I am voulenteer to search for a better solution. I can read and ask and we may end up with somthing and then Infopass it with USCIS and ask them about it.

Director should be able to give you an answer.
