impossible which part?

Here is my story. I've lived problem free life, payed my taxes. One day I decided to marry this girl. But to do so would require her to come to US of A, and so it started. My problem free live turned in to free problems from USCIS! Sure things turned to unsure, certain dates turned to aproximation within months. All logical thinking was out the door, as I filed my papers withing famous Vermont Centre!

awww to wait another three months... even if my husband gets his next week we will wait until Jan so that i can go over there and bring him back together. I hate not being with him as soon as possible but love the idea of seeing the family again. too.

I hope to god they are wrong, we've been jerked around by USCIS and NVC far too long.

I was just at the russian forum and I read that after NVC it usually takes Moscow get this 3 ###### months to schedule an interview!!! Most of Russian forum users are K-1 though, so is it possible that there is more wait for them? I cant do any more 3 more months of waiting!!!

It shouldn't be too bad Ilya. Fedup's case was complete 09/16 and his interview is scheduled 11/21. I see no reason you shouldn't be getting a December interview. :)

I don't have any updates to give. I have been calling immigration attorneys for 2 weeks now and no one knows the system for waivers and such. It is sad when you go into an attorneys office and you know more about it than they do. I am going to start searching out of state for a good sttorney. And for the "do you even care" comment... wow... just wow...

 Do you even care for us  I thought at first that you have your lawyer, but I am voulenteer to search for a better solution. I can read and ask and we may end up with somthing and then Infopass it with USCIS and ask them about it.

Director should be able to give you an answer.

Nicole, keep us posted

right right right

at least it is good for the weekend so you can think about your own life instead of immigration.

No but seriously this is good new. I am sure you will hear case complete soon.

You will find the light when you search for it.

Have you heard in plane when you are traveling the flight attendant says, "look for exist doors and look around and you might see one just behind you" this is a true fact of our life.

Good Luck
