Hi!

I'll be the last "approved in August" to get my visa :crying: ... in a couple of days, when you're all happy with your spouses in the US, I'll be the only one still at NVC, and the only one writing in this topic, asking myself questions and replying to myself, because there will be no one here :crying:

We were so unfortunate: we had to change our embassy, and our case was "dead" for one entire month. Only last Saturday we got the DS-230 bill on the mail, and our new case #... AGGHHH!!

I feel like one of those ugly single old women that see everybody getting married...

please don't :crying: I am still at NVC also waiting for police report from China to get NVC after RFE. we are moving forward(slow ) but moving not like USCIS where it we just sat

oh update... mail arrived yesterday... operator said "it's in the system not reviewed" ok that's good right?

thats what I got too..but it still inst updated on the AVR. When I talked to the operator they said they have received them,

hahahahha. nah. I will be here. There are cases approved in July that still havent gotten interview dates in Jamaica

So, here are some updates form NVC - what do you guys think?

They are still scheduling november interviews.

She said our case was done reviewing yesterday. So then i asked her does that mean the case is complete? She said no its not complete but its in the final review.

So, then I asked her if our case were to be completed by tomorrow, could we possibly get a november interview date? She said I have NOT seen a case to be scheduled an interview a day after their case gets complete. She said most people wait one month to get an interview date.

So, any commnets? Do you guys think that the case could possibly get scheduled for a november interview one day after the case gets complete?

Here is my story. I've lived problem free life, payed my taxes. One day I decided to marry this girl. But to do so would require her to come to US of A, and so it started. My problem free live turned in to free problems from USCIS! Sure things turned to unsure, certain dates turned to aproximation within months. All logical thinking was out the door, as I filed my papers withing famous Vermont Centre!

So far, I have PAID about $70 for phone fee just to talk to this morons and no interview date yet.
