what do we need to be gathering for the interview? someone talked about bank statements..do we need those??

when I call the AVR still says "immigration visa bill has been sent and you should receive it in 6 weeks"

even though I have paid it all and the only thing they needed was the DS230 and I sent it Friday (so they should get it tomorrow).

is that the normal response even after they have already received the I864 package?

You should have originals to everything you send in for the interview. I believe if you look around here on the site ther is a list. Letters, phone records cards copies of plane tickets ect. ect ect. Anything you have that can you can take take show everything about your relationship

yeah I knew all that, that you needed "evidence" but it was all weird stuff like basically more of the type stuff you need for I-864

I have been there 10 times in 1 year...two of those times I stayed 2 months each... I figure thats proof enough

ok good news fedex is open and nvc will recieve my new DS230 tuesday morning 10:00 am whoooot

i sent in the bar code for attn DR and a letter stating that this new ds230 is in response to the RFE 10/9 stated by the operator 10/10.

i updated question #20 and caught Question #22 as it also said to present so to be a snot i wrote the date he signed 10/10 and present next to it.

cross your fingers for me all!!!! pleeeeeeeease let this be it

we did but my operator told me to write the date he signed..lucky for me i had several copies of him signing the papers so i just used the backup ones i had and filled in the date.

Soo with that said my operator told me to put the date he signed BUT i know everyone has has no problems with "present" so I did both.... sniff sniff is that another RFE for me i smell

I don't think you will get an RFE over. I think once they get this paperwork from you it will be approved. Heck I just want t ocatch up with some of you. let us know how it goes.

I am with about a week for them to read it again. I got an RFE at CSC and as soon as they got it back and were satisfied the day after they got it back I was approved.

The day NVC got my RFE response was the day the closed my case (since everything else was in order). I think there have only been a few comments from folks where the cases weren't completed right away after an RFE response.

If you pay by a money order, do they automatically change the NOT PAID to PAID or once you mail a payment it has nothing to do with the online payment web site?
