Rajaa,

I put Present. Everyone else put present. You should call and tell them that I called and talked to NVC rep. before sending the forms and package and they instructed me to do so. Its not right for me to waste my time for your mistake and ask them to escelate your case to a supervisor to have it reviewed again.

If they are insiting to not to do it, ask for the supervisor on the phone.

You guys should fight for your case, whatever they tell you is not necessarly true and correct.

They make up regulations as they are moving forwards + case managers are different with different procedures.

Good Luck

Oh no! Now this is making me worry too. Thats exactly what we did to. We put PRESENT in the address and the employment.

Well, this just made me think of another question. For the address and dates, it says to put from the age of 16. Well my husband lived there from the day he was born, so i put his birth date till PRESENT. Will that be fine or should i have put the date of when he turned 16 to present?

Phillip, it makes sense that it would be an N/A because of his age.

I also think you'll be done before December. Easily.

Happy Anniversary Rajaa.

I knew they'd finish the review on your case by today...didn't know that your gift would be an RFE.

I think you should call and talk to a supervisor for clarification...maybe even have them complete it if they can.

If they can't complete it with PRESENT (which is what the operators tell you to do) you should find out exactly what

they need.

You do NOT need to wait for the RFE. You can send it again using the same barcode sheet (or create another one)

and send it to attention DR (instead of CMR).

Also...I found out that they do get Caller ID when you call (if it's available...as in not blocked or international call), but the stupid data-system doesn't give them a screen-pop.

Meaning, they don't get your record on their screen until they input your case number.

And of course we already know that every call is logged.

I tried to talk to one of the supervisors there that I know, so she'd be looking for your call....but I couldn't get through to her.

GOOD LUCK, and enjoy your weekend knowing that you're only 1 question away from your case completing.

eYep...for some reason they do NOT expect you to fill it out electronically (which prevents you from writing in PRESENT).

They expect you to print it out and write in the most recent move to PRESENT.

They really need to improve their forms, instructions and process.

I improved their form. You basically unlock the form and make it to accept letters instead of numbers

Second, I even made the address box text size small so I can fit more. I amy be able to post my custom form.
