As for the 230, we didn't include anything having to do with the bonifides of our marriage. We only dealt with the documents they requested and nothing more.

My RFE was regarding, my wife's J-1 Previous visa. I have to prove that she isnt eligible for 2 year abroad stay. Which is so dumb, i went through the same #### with USCIS, but USCIS i didnt have to prove anything, just taked to them on the phone.

They want only 10 year of employement and residency since she was 16. Not more not less. If u made a mistake, white it out and write neatly. If your wife dated it, change the date.

Oh make sure whatever u wrote on G325A and DS230 pretty much matches. My husband abreviated the address since there were no space. I white it out and wrote the complete address....

That sucks and I hope you soon get it straight with them. This ####### is almost to stressful for all of us. I put a post to find out and try and get some clarification on this to present issue. I don't want to get another RFE like I got at CSC.

I just need an answer about the present thinf from and to (when) on both questions. She has signed everything and I have it without a date signed on the bottom yet. I was going to wait until I sent it in to write the date in. That is because I filled out the paperwork for her in english.

Safest thing to do Phillip is to have your wife sign another set of paperwork and send it to you immediately. That way if you get an RFE you have a second set to correct.

Then I assume that putting the word present is fine then MSZ since that is what you did. I put a post out there to find out if that is what others also did also. I do have an extra copy my wife signed but did not fill out. But, I am trying to finish all this before my trip to China in mid December.

MS my step son is only 15 and I put N/A for the answer for both of these questions. He has not worked and is only 15. Do you know if this is OK?
