OMfingG~ we got an RFE question 20 we put to present..... it is not Acepted...it needs to be to the date of his signature date!!!!

2nd RFE?

Here is my story. I've lived problem free life, payed my taxes. One day I decided to marry this girl. But to do so would require her to come to US of A, and so it started. My problem free live turned in to free problems from USCIS! Sure things turned to unsure, certain dates turned to aproximation within months. All logical thinking was out the door, as I filed my papers withing famous Vermont Centre!

Can you guys tell me something.

When sending the ds230, do we have to send 2 affidavits of bonfide marraige as states in loto's guide. what is that and how do i get that?????

please tell me asap so i can send the paperworks tomorrow.

ok called again.... this is the deal I started his dates from before he was 16... she said to fix it then i wrote to present and she said it needs to be from the date of signature... Can you believe it??

What!!!!!!! That's BS.. I wrote "to present" the operator told me write it. She said to make sure the calculation is correct. it has to be from the year he turned 16 to Present.
