Ling ling thanks for the laugh first thing in the morning..... shphat you're doing good i found some people who are doing the whole thing by Paper can you imagine it???? anyway called operator again nothin' they still say 2-5 weeks...i think that's they're montra. The operator did like it that i answered all their questions without them asking ie

"good morning operator ____name___ benificiaries name and dob is, petitionars name and dob is, and my number is" she laughed whishing i would teach others that. Glad she got a laugh wish she would've said something happier then the montra...oh well

When did they say they've completed reviewing the AOS package? Also when did they enter ds230 in the system?... With mine, even though I overnighted my ds230 package on 9/27 they hadn't entered into the system until 10/2. I think u will hear something by next week, just keep on calling everyday... Gud luck

they haven't told me it is finished that's what i am waiting for.... they entered it in the oct 2nd ... and you bet i am calling twice a day what else can i do??? work? clean? live a life? Heck No not tell he's here

They've entered my ds230 package as well on Oct 2nd and they've told me yesterday that the 1st review was completed and looks gud. They just need to do a final review beofore completing the case. I think we may here something by this week inshallah.....

congrats ooohhh i hope mine is next to yours??? just got off with the phone with the operator.. they still are telling me 2 - 5 weeks i want to ask why a friend would have the same date as mine and get through but i still have to wait 2-5 wks? I know the answer already

I have a hard time understanding these people at Italy. I need to talk to them tomorrow again and make it stright if I can. I am only allowed to talk to Visa Section two days in week Tue. & Wed. and I did talk to them today and nothing and I will call tomorrow again and I am hoping for somthin.

So I got up 5 AM to talk this folks at the embassy. Like yesterday they didn't pickup the phone for the longest time till 5:20. It was the same guy as yesterday and I said I talked to a lady in visa section yesterday.

He asked what is my concern and lab lab lab, I explained and he goes "We have 2000 applicants and you should understand that you are not the only one. We have not received you case[i said NVC told me that you did receive it on Friday Occt 3rd] He said ok but its not in the system so you need to wait. I understand that you case is urget but needs to go through the process. He had my phone number here and repeated it for me and he said he will go at check the mail and if he could find the case he will call me in 5-10 min."

How the heck he has my cell number if he doesn't have the case?

Why do they have to lie?

What was the main reason to change embassy to Italy, while I had 3 other choices?

My option is only wait till next Tuesday and call them again. It will slow down our process. So be IT!

5-10 min was gone and I waited for 30 min. and then called. He said said they have JUST recieved the case and it will take them sometimes to process.

I asked if I should call back next week and he said, next week is too early.

So, Brother Shpat... I will stay here with you and keep this thread alive for our kids when they are getting married and trying to bring their spouses from Mars and Moon...
