COA email is sent and no email back yet from NVC ( automated respond)

Sometimes the automated response ends up in your junk-mail, or may not be received at all (depending on your email provider).

HOWEVER, even if you receive the automated response, it doesn't mean it's been accepted, just received.

Keep trying...if nothing else it keeps your hands busy :-)

Our case reached NVC yesterday, 28th August.

My updade for today's late evening :

I spoke to operator today and he confirmed that my AOS Bill went through. I paid on 08/26, it was in process, and then it returned to "NOT PAID" (which is bothering me a lot, because I am aware that sometimes it go back to not paid , but next day it shows either In Process again, or PAID, but it's already 3 rd day stays as NOT PAID after I actually paid ). But at least operator could see that transaction.And they received my DS 3032 (which i sent just yesterday).

A min ago my IV Fee Bill changed from "NOT INVOICED" to "NOT PAID" online ,which means they not just got my DS 3032 but also entered it in the system.

A lot of changes, however AVR still saying " We don't have a record of your case". I wish I could hear that status to be ever changed to anything else, even outdated, but different....Isn't that strange??

It's very tempting to pay now IV Fee Bill since it's just got changed to "Not Paid" instead of Not Invoiced status online, should I do it or I need to wait a little??? What do you think?

Well you're all very welcome.

My AOS fee bill finally shows PAID on the website, so I was able to print the barcode cover sheet for the AOS package. Unfortunately it did also process the second one as well, but I'm not so much as mentioning a refund until our case is complete, just in case it would hold things up. The AVR updated today with the receipt of my DS-3032 on August 28, and the IV fee bill has been invoiced and now paid online. I will be sure NOT to pay this one a second time. LOL.

I wouldn't worry Olya. I paid mine a day before you did and it just changed to 'paid' today. Yes, you can go ahead and pay the IV fee bill.

DS3032 was processed on Aug 27th or so, IV bill was generated on August 28th, paid on 28th, shows up as paid on 29th.

I just called the NVC so I could get my IIN and the operator told me that they are not going to be giving out those numbers because they are having a problem with the online payments so I will just have to wait for my papers in the mail.

Has anyone been able to get there IIN today?

Can I do anything without this number?

I tried to get mine today but was refused. They didnt give a reason to me tho. I really hope they sort out any problems soon - all of us coming from the hardship of long-awaited VSC-CSC transfers deserve a smooth NVC process...

I have the number and I can not do anything. My bills haven't been generated so I can not even pay for them. Waiting game and don't feel bad. Just try again and get you IIN.

Smooth process, hmmm. Well they don't recognize such a word. You should keep trying and then someone will give it to you. Immigration in the United States is more of a challenge that anything else. We have been doing this for 4 years now.
