Oh yea and another question is should I fill every space on the I-864 with n/a if it doesnt apply.

Specifically, his address in pakistan doesnt have a zip code, should i put n/a?

He doesnt have a social and alien number, should i put n/a even though it says (if any)?

No middle name, should i put n/a?

Question 13 say mailing address if different from above, if it same, i can leave this blank right?

I might be over analyzing all of this but if I really dont want to get an rfe and i know most of you guys have already done this and have case completes, so your suggestions on how you did things will really help me and all of us out.

Thanks all!

I knew it will be today for you to have it PAID.

I put everything that is not applicable N/A (I usually fill out immigration forms with all capital letters)

Middle name=N/A

Zip Code=N/A

anything

Make sure it make sense. You can make it nice and totally understanable.

I really don't recommand anyone to use I-864EZ as becomes more complicated for the officer,

what do you mean you dont reccommend anyone to use the EZ? how does it make it more complicated? It has more simple circumstances

I used the 864EZ and no probs......

good monday any more cases complete?

Here is my story. I've lived problem free life, payed my taxes. One day I decided to marry this girl. But to do so would require her to come to US of A, and so it started. My problem free live turned in to free problems from USCIS! Sure things turned to unsure, certain dates turned to aproximation within months. All logical thinking was out the door, as I filed my papers withing famous Vermont Centre!

Why so? I used it and mine was accepted just fine. With that form i also sent in

Three years tax transcrpts-no w2's

six months pay stubs-most recent

Employment letter

I was going to send in my 401k statement but decided against it. My forms were accepted. No problems. What they are concerned about is that you make enough money to support the beneificiary. Also, on the I-864 form it clearly states that you do not have to fill out the assets section if your make enough money. They want things to be simple, why not keep it that way for everyone involved. :D

I wouldn't let my experience with them wanting an 864 instead of the EZ that I supplied as an indication that you shouldn't use an EZ.

My accounting situation apparently was more complicated than their brains could fathom. Because my numbers included past alimony they (IMO) infered that I was using alimony in part, to support my contention that I'm above the 125% mark. That's rather silly because I don't even receive it anymore. The number I put down as my current income is the same number that is on the letter from work stating how much I earn. I can't very well change what my past income was or from where it was derived. The worst part is that I'm not even sure that I gave them what they were looking for in the 864.

I can't imagine how people with really complicated situations are handled by NVC. To me, it should be so simple though -- if your base number from your salary is sufficient, why ask for anything else? What good does it do?

Heck, I could have gotten a letter from my husband's company saying they're transfering him down here as well, as that'd double our income. Plus there are assets. I can overwhelm them with economic information. But if my base salary is two or three times the requirement, why should I have to provide more information?

The number is 603-334-0700

Even if you don't get the IIN from them, you'll get the number soon enough by mail. What you really need to know is when the AOS bill is generated because once it is, your spouse can EMAIL them the Choice of Agent and you can remove your lawyer who will only slow things down. Check the guides for the best format for that email. You can send the email even if you haven't yet paid the AOS bill so do that as soon as it is available.

Then once you get the IIN you can pay the bills online and get the paperwork in motion to NVC.
