OH NO...when we filled out the DS-230 we put 9-2008 as well...they haven't said anything about it yet and after I called them today they again said they were done reviewing all the documents waiting for the final approval (case complete) ...basicly he said that the packages are "double checked" before they issue case complete...now I am concerned...that is a stupid @ss reason for them to issue a RFE....at the time of completing and signing the form it was 9-2008, and still is...

You should be OK

Unless the officer wants to give you a hard time, you won't have any problems and don't worry.

Congrats on up coming case complete. Finaly we will all be done with this and have our spouses here. I can't wait, as it gets really tough by the end...

In two days, This Wednesday, I going to have my Interview!!!

Today, I collected all the documentation, and now I am a little nervous!!!

I am traveling to Madrid!!

Unless the officer wants to give you a hard time, you won't have any problems and don't worry.

Congrats on up coming case complete. Finaly we will all be done with this and have our spouses here. I can't wait, as it gets really tough by the end...

I am really happy for you and your situation. Yours came to an end now and you will probably notify by NVC when is your interview.

For me, I asked NVC for interview date but they said that embassy will notify you since you got an expedite approved so they will schdule one for you. If DHL picks it up tomorrow and gets there by Friday then I can talk to them on Monday to make sure we got a date.

My wife needs visa to go to Europe, I will contact embassy tomorrow morning and ask them what is the procedure. I assume they will send a Note for her to Italian embassy in Iran and she will get a visa.

Problem is US consulate in Italy won't answer my questions till they get my case from NVC. So I am just pushing my luck.

PS: did you ask NVC when are they going to send your package to embassy?

That what I have hated about this whole process from the very start....it's a waiting game...i don't like waiting for much of anything and especially haven't liked waiting to start a life with my wife, one that doesn't include phone cards, voice chats and 8 hour flights...i can't imagine the fustration you must have endured for as long as you have been waiting...there is an end to the waiting though, and you are there...

PS: me being the dumb@ss i am, i never thought to ask when they plan on sending my package...i'll try and find that out tomorrow

Here is my story. I've lived problem free life, payed my taxes. One day I decided to marry this girl. But to do so would require her to come to US of A, and so it started. My problem free live turned in to free problems from USCIS! Sure things turned to unsure, certain dates turned to aproximation within months.
