update... DS 230 recieved (not on AVM yet) keeping my fingers crossed on the orignal stamped 4 month old Police Certificate with translation.

Also: going to vegas T-4 hrs

AVR doesn't change that fast, you should get in contact with an operator probably as you said tomorrow on Wed.

Have fun in Vegas.

When I call NVC all the time, when they ask me "How can I help you?" and I always say that I called to check on status of our case and they always start giving me the whole story from the begining to the end with whole bunch of out dated stuff.

Right now I called and she put me on hold:O She is eating breakfast :devil:

1 min. wait :whistle:

2 min. wait :angry:

3 min. wait :blink::crying: all my minutes are gone...

She came back :blink: She said that she talked to supervisor and she has been told that they will send my case to embassy today (she used some weired word like hee or hue) she said that they will send it with ( hee or hue or key?)

So I think I should be done here, I will update again.

Was the woman you spoke to Kelly? Ive had her answer a couple of times, she always sounds half asleep and like she's eating breakfast :lol:

All of their names are variations of Kelly like, elly, Melly, Ali, Belly, Johny and supervisor Sue....

I hope this is true.

after emailing them RFE, i have yet to receive anything back :(

just overnighted it to them by mail :(

Here is my story. I've lived problem free life, payed my taxes. One day I decided to marry this girl. But to do so would require her to come to US of A, and so it started. My problem free live turned in to free problems from USCIS! Sure things turned to unsure, certain dates turned to aproximation within months. All logical thinking was out the door, as I filed my papers withing famous Vermont Centre!

I dont know what to believe anymore, the whole RFE is just dumb, just freaking waste of time. Supervisor told me I could email, so I did..... how long does it take them after RFE to complete case?

They got mine last week but it is still under review. It all depends on the person reviewing your case, if s/he is a lazy ####### then it take forever.

I am not lucky with immigration, maybe next life.

She wouldnt tell me the reason, she said I have to wait for the letter. My husband has the paperwork and said he couldnt see what was wrong. I'll call him back in a few mins to find out. Im pretty sure I put to date but maybe not :blink:

I would have everything ready in case you need to send them a new copy.
