i haven't tried the phones.... no reason for us not until wednesday. My DS230 should be there 10 am tuesday i'll give them a day.

Anyone else say when the operator answers Just give them all the information without them asking??? when i do it they giggle...hehe

LL... almost got to go to Paris this month to see my hubby but fell through...have fun!!!

I start my new job on OCT 13th, maybe i can ask the HR lady to write me an employment letter.

UPDATE:

Finally I was able to get in touch with someone in NVC. She said that they are still looking for the PCC from Turkey and she said that you case was under review by supervisor and they got the new PCC and have not reviewed it and it is in Reviewing Department!

She said it takes 2-4 weeks for us to review and then she said you have an expedite request approved so they should review it right away.

She goes "Till at the end of this week and check on it again"

That was it. I hope it goes out today.

Here is my story. I've lived problem free life, payed my taxes. One day I decided to marry this girl. But to do so would require her to come to US of A, and so it started. My problem free live turned in to free problems from USCIS! Sure things turned to unsure, certain dates turned to aproximation within months. All logical thinking was out the door, as I filed my papers withing famous Vermont Centre!

In two days, This Wednesday, I going to have my Interview!!!

Today, I collected all the documentation, and now I am a little nervous!!!

I am traveling to Madrid!!

I spoke with an operator at NVC early this morning who told me they are done reviewing my documents but haven't haven't completed the case yet????...after thinking about that for a few hours I called again in the afternoon and was told the same thing by another operator, she also said to call back in 1-2 days and it "will" be complete...I also asked if the "1-2 days" thing was normal, and she said yes...i'm thinking maybe all cases need to be finalized by a supervisor after reviewing is complete???

I have found that operator's computer doesn't update as soon as somthing is in NVC's system so I usually try to call at the end of the day which is 11:50 PM EST.

I am still hoping for case comlete today or being sent to embassy..

It gets even harder when you are almost done.

LL, are you having fun overthere? huh?enjoy the Paris or you will regret it when you get back here and start working again.

going to vegas for work... does anyone know anything about the wi fi there??? is it there is it worth bringing my laptop??

Some hotels have WIFI. Or you can find them in some resturants or Cafe s.

I am not sure about casino. Are you trying to makeup for the trips expenses?

yeah i don't gamble or drink but i am a VJ addict :) also like to see my husband when i can.

I was looking at timelines just now we will be cutting it close if we get no RFE on our DS230

but...what is a packet 3 that is sent in after NVC case complete and a packet 4????
