awwww they both said CR1 i am looking through my copies... but one said

ATT DR and the other says

ATT CMR-AOS

but both have CR1 on the bottom????? we did have a change of consulates and i wonder if that might have something to do with it.. but both are the same case number out of MDD

I am SOOOOOOO nervouse now why??? perhaps cause i've done all that i can do now...

Weird though, my cover sheet said IR-1 and we haven't been married for 2 years yet. I just kinda figured they all do until you said that. Oh well, not important. lol

They have probably figured out that your love story goes beyond two years :devil:

So I hope this was the last weekend for us in NVC. I have a feeling that Monday or Tuesday they will transfer our case to Italy.

As the expedite request has been granted, NVC doesn't wait till case becomes complete but they will just go ahead and send it even though it looks complete to me since they have all the papers.(I hope that is the case here)

I called US embassy in Italy and ask them how can I help to process this case faster and she said that I need to wait for NVC to send my wifes application over. She said that Consulate is not the one actually schdule an interview but that goes back to NVC to do. But since we got the expedite approval, we are hoping for somting in Oct.

Now, since the PCC that I ordered through actual Turkish embassy is not here yet, so that makes me feel little better about that money we spent on Mr. Lier in tuekey to get us the PCC.

My school starts next week and my wife is not here yet, and probably I have to take somtimes off school and work and go and pick her up. She likes it that way...

Chilling in my favourite little cafe in Paris.

Waiting for wifEy to show up...in about 5 hours.

Had to have a glass of this great red wine they have here.

AND they have free wifi.

Waiting for NVC to open so I can call on Skype.

Lets see if I get drunk before I can call....Shpat style. :)

My problem free live turned in to free problems from USCIS! Sure things turned to unsure, certain dates turned to aproximation within months. Woo hoo! When Mike got home to Canada last night his fingerprint cert was there. It'll go into the mail to me today and I hope to have it by Wednesday or so. That means we should be able to send out the DS230 Thursday. :-)

Good to know the fingerprint police cert arrives quickly. I only wish one of us had been up there to receive it sooner. He figures that with his photo on it and his fingerprints there's no denying that he's not a criminal. We'll probably have it framed when we're done. Hang it the 6 months that it is good. ;-)

Now they are telling me she is ineligible for the visa due to her J1 visa. wow these guys are retarded.
