Here is my story. I've lived problem free life, payed my taxes. One day I decided to marry this girl. But to do so would require her to come to US of A, and so it started. My problem free live turned in to free problems from USCIS! Sure things turned to unsure, certain dates turned to aproximation within months. All logical thinking was out the door, as I filed my papers withing famous Vermont Centre!

Now, makes me wonder how approval files will be moved from CSC to NVC? Do they mail them or it is all electronically?

I am tracking process base on member's timeline and I guess it will take somewhere from 1 day to 7 days for NVC to enter you case into their system. Mine is not in yet.

Submitted docs for AOS ...but ,very unfortunately, my husband had to return back to Ukraine due to emergency without travel document (AP)

You call (603) 334-0700 and then choose option: 1--1--1-- and then listen and select you type of case (vermont, ...)

It will tell you if they have any record from your case in their system.

I'm happy to join too! And I am also not-so-patiently awaiting the DS-3032/AOS Fee Bill generation. My obsessive online case status checking has morphed into obsessive online invoice generation checking... :blush:

To check in the AVR, call 603-334-0700 and follow the options to enter your USCIS receipt # (hit '1' three times, as I recall). From what others say, the AVR is only updated on Tuesdays and Saturdays, so if you call between 7:30am and midnight Monday to Friday you can speak to a rep to see if they have it.

Yeah :lol: Same here :-( checkin AVR messages several times a day , even knowing that it's going to change on certain days only...

CHD, We have pretty simular timelines for approval and getting to NVC.

Is your AVR message changed today ?? Mine still saying that case is not is in the system, even though they got in on Wednesday and I was expecting it at least get changed to saying that they have my case , or in the best case scenario-that forms were generated..., but no, nothing...strange...

The AVR reflected my case as of Tuesday. I'd called late Monday night to see if my case was received yet. The rep asked when I was approved and when I said a week ago she told me it wasn't there yet. Then I called the AVR again 3 hours later (2am on Tuesday) and it said my case WAS received on the Monday. The girl didn't even check! Looking at the other time lines it appears most DS-3032/AOS Fee Bill generations occur within a week of receipt, so I'm expecting it this Monday. :)

I was approved on Aug 14, I've been calling about everyday to see if they have generated my bill and DS-3032 form yet. I pre-maturely sent them my info for DS-3032 via e-mail and have not heard anything back yet. I hope that doesn't delay my case when my form is actually generated. I am waiting for my invoice number for AOS fee so I can pay it.
