Hello all.

In preparation of the packet for the i-130, do you really have to put the pictures in a plastic bag for the G-325A??? If so, not a problem, I BOUGHT SOME PLASTIC BAGGIES JUST IN CASE!! My husband is "next daying" the signed and dated g325-a forms tomorrow ( monday), new pics and the white background, even though I already have three of them. My uncles wife is also from Morocco, and he told me that he signed and dated the g325-a 4 her to save time and money. CAN I GET A RESPONSE TO THAT ONE, ASAP??? It's going to cost my husband 900 dirhams to send it, thats about $110 amrcn bucks. Kinda risky for me to sign it don't you think??? Can't he just sign and date the forms and I fill them out when they get here??? Do I have to fill out all 4 forms of the G-325A???

Also, on the I-130, #15, whose employment info is needed there?

Then #16, he was denied a visa in Nov. Dec., so would this be a yes to this question here? Was that considered to be "immigration proceedings", Or is this defined by how far he got in the process before he was denied, or should it be considered at all, BECAUSE he was denied????

Help me out here please, If I don't have these papers in route to Nebraska this week..........

It's gonna be some smoke in the city!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanx yall!!!!!!

Pray with me Forrest! Dear God, make me a bird so I can fly far. Far, far away from here..... Dear God, make me a bird so I can fly far. Far, far away from here!

Small plastic bag or envelope is fine. The G-325A should have the beneficiary's original signature, just as the petitioners G-325A should have own original signature. Each G-325A is made up of 4 pages. If you look at the bottom of each page it is slightly different.

Also, on the I-130, #15, whose employment info is needed there?

Is it not listed under C. Information about your relative

If it was nothing to do with immigration then the answer would be no.

limah,

The 'passport' photos are required for and go with the petition, not with G-325A. Putting them in a clear plastic 'baggie' is a nice idea, I used a small mailing envelope.

G--325A is a 4-part form - 1 form is 4 pages long.

On I-130 there is only 1 question #15, it is in Part C of the form. That should tell you whose information needs to be provided.

Question C.16 lists 4 types of immigration proceedings. Denial of a visa application is not one of the choices.

I pasted a small white envelope (with the photo inside) to a white bond sheet of paper. This will put the photo in the same size as all other documents and will be less likely to fall out of the bundle.

we used sandwich baggies :) I was already using that stiffer paper to separate all the individual forms (and to which I affixed the tabs), so for the tabs with the pics, I just put four staples into the corners of the bag onto the white paperboard and put the photo inside, of course showing our pretty little faces :energetic: I wrote the person's name on the bag above where the picture sat inside it and on the back of the photo. Didn't seem to give us any trouble. I'm definitely going to sing with the choir here: don't forge the signature on the G-325As. This is way to important to mess it up over a silly thing like that, right? ;) ttyl,
