Good Evening,

I have a quick question regarding question #25 on form I-864. I will be using a co-sponsor (my sister) who filed jointly with her husband. I will only be using the income of my sister and not my brother in law. Since they filed jointly, I will be including my sister's W-2 along with their joint tax transcript for the most recent tax year in order to show her annual income alone. Now, on question #25 it asks one to list their total income for the past 3 years. I can fill last years easily as it shows her individual income on her W-2. Unfortunately she does not have her W-2's for the other two years. What would I be putting down for the other two years?

Does she have the tax transcripts for the other two years, and were they also joint?

Filed I-130 via CSC in Feb 2008. Petition approved June 2008. Consular interview in Mexico, Oct 2008, visa denied, INA 212a6cii. We allege improper application of the law in this case.

2012, started over in Seoul: I-130 filed DCF on 7/2, I-130 approved 8/8, Medical at Yonsei Severance 11/20, IR1 appointment in November 2012.

CRBA filed 1-3-13 at Seoul for our daughter

Yes, she does have tax transcripts for the other two years and they were both filed jointly with her husband.

Wow. Tricky. I have no idea. I wish the tax transcripts listed the separate W2 info on it. They make this so hard!! Ugh.

I think she's going to need to go to her employer/s from those other years and request copies of the W2s. That's about the only way I can think of to report her income alone...

You can order a W-2 transcript from IRS. It is separate from the income tax transcript...maybe they are listed separately on that.

9/13/10 POE New York...no issues, he'll be in Cali on the 24th!!!

9/24/10 California...finally together at last.

10/13/10 Green card received in mail...whoo hoo...
