I-765

I am sorting all the papers now and we are both planning to send the AOS package end of this month. My question is what I-765 form will I use? I believe the old form will expire August 31,2008. Anyone who knows if there is a new form? I am afraid of getting RFE if I will submit this expiring old form. Pls help! Thanks a lot!!!

Vida, I checked on the USCIS website a moment ago and the only form available for the I-765 has the expiry date of 8/31/08. If you are worried about using it, maybe a call to your local office to ask about using that form would ease your mind. Otherwise, if that's the only form available, I can't see why they wouldn't accept it.

i used the old one as long as it is updated on 5/27 u are good to go !
