Hi All

I got my IL, and was just wondering if everyones' letter says that the proceedings will take about 2 hours!!?

I have read a few reports on here and seems like people are in an out in about 30 mins max.

was just wondering if all letters are just standard wording?

thanks

Jelly

Everybody said every cases are unique. So you never know what's going to happen in your interview. ^^

But in reality, it may take 10~20 min for actual interview.

I think USCIS is talking about 2 hours because of waiting time and etc for safe side.

If they are talking about the actual time you spend in the office, 31 minutes was the time for us, but if you include the long drive, allowing time for traffic jams, finding a place to park, they never called us in at the appointed time as much as a three hour wait, can be as long as 14 hours.

Believe it's the same DHS that took over the airports where a two hour flight can last as long as 16 hours, think DHS stands for Delayed Horse Sh*t.

Yes, because when you get there, even you have an interview with specific time, you may still have to wait for more than an hour..

Mine it took 30 minutes, the officer talks and ask question too fast.. He is so strict so I had to break the ice to make me feel comfortable.. and I did it.. When he smiled.. I did get relax and did 100% in the interview..
