Wondering how one can get hold of IO ..I called customer services twice ...they even didn't bother to look in to case .just saying I should wait as it taked 10-12 months

those are CSR. you have to ask them to transfer you. only IO's know whats really going on with your case.

yes tell them you need to talk to the IO because they are the only ones who see your case, you want to know if you got your interview letter because your mail gets lost and you dont want to miss your letter thats all they will transfer you. when you talk to them ask them if they sent your interview letter.

try again hang up on them and try again it worked for me.
