How long until DS3032 and AOS bill is generated?

I got my case in NVC on Aug,19, got IIN on Aug, 21, checking on line payment site like crazy , but it stays in "NOT INVOICED" status.

Is it likely that they can update site on Saturday? ? Or they just updating the AVR on Saturday and not the site? By the way AVR system is still saying that they do not have record of my case despite that it's in since Wensday...

Another question, if they do update it on Saturday -does it worth to send DS3032 on Saturday overnight or I should do it on Monday since they are not receiving mail on weekend?

They can update the payment site Saturday too, check daily. AVR is always behind of the site.

As far as 3032, you can mail it any day, but nothing will happen to it on weekend, they do not work weekends. We e-mailed it and it worked out fine. And got an e-mail from them when it was processed.

Also when I called yesterday to check on payment and 864, they told me I will not be getting anything by mail from them, since I paid online, I will be getting communications via e-mail. I think it is great, if any RFE god forbid, it will be faster.

I still did not get a single piece of mail from them, not even 3032 papers or anything. It would be a nightmare to wait 2-4 weeks for every form or action.

Hi,

Since you already have the NVC case #, you can try calling NVC's automated response system and press 1 for English....press 1 again for status check..then press 2 if you have your NVC case # and follow the instructions, there should be an update to your NVC case #. The automated message may say....NVC received your petition on so and so date...and the case number assigned is..............hope this helps.

Fedup, our timelines seem very similar at NVC. NVC received my I864 package on 8/15 (Friday) per USPS. I called on 8/18 (Monday) to check for status. I was told that the I864 was received and has been entered in the system. She also stated that allow 4-6 weeks for review and if everything is ok then it'll stay as is. My ds230 package was received on 8/20 per USPS and entered into their system on 8/21. I called NVC yesterday (8/22) for an update and was told everything has been received from me and allow 4-6 weeks for review.......... The message on AVR yesterday (Friday) was....The IV Fee has been generated and allow a few weeks for it to be mailed out and today (Saturday) the AVR is stating that the documents have been received from me and allow 6-8 weeks for review.........

Pretty much all of the updates on my case were changed in the AVR sometime after 4am on Saturdays. Also, one time it was early Monday morning. I don't know who is sitting there uploading new messages to their server during the weekend, but that's the only conclusion I can come up with...

Long story short, we have a complicated case. We've been at this for nearly 5 years. You can read our story here. I highly recommend our attorney Laurel Scott, as well as attorneys Laura Fernandez and Lizz Cannon .

Filed I-130 via CSC in Feb 2008. Petition approved June 2008. Consular interview in Mexico, Oct 2008, visa denied, INA 212a6cii. We allege improper application of the law in this case.

2012, started over in Seoul: I-130 filed DCF on 7/2, I-130 approved 8/8, Medical at Yonsei Severance 11/20, IR1 appointment in November 2012.

CRBA filed 1-3-13 at Seoul for our daughter

Oh, that is why probably no change in AVR for us.. if they received 864 but no update on it, and it seems like your AVR message also did not change from : "The IV Fee has been generated and allow a few weeks for it to be mailed" .. It sounds like they only change it when 230 received already.. Not even change to reflect IV bill received.. Kind of strange but ok, saves them time updating AVR I guess..

We did not send the 230 yet, maybe that is why no changes in AVR from "the IV fee bill has been generated..", even though we paid it a week ago.

Thank you very much ! I hope you are 100% correct ! (?)

it means I do not have to worry for now.

Just got a IV fee bill in the mail, generated 16th (AVR says 18th), but mailed 21st.. and for those who are interested, it DOES have INN # and detailed instructions how to pay via website. So I guess they officially accept it just fine.

Timeline

One more thing, the operator I spoke to on Monday (8/18) stated that the AVR doesn't get updated for I864. The only time is if there is a RFE....

The AVR was updated when the DS230 information was entered into their system. There was no change to AVR when the I864 info was entered or when the IV bill was paid...

You are welcome. I got my IV fee bill in the mail today as well. It was generated on the 16th, and yes it does have the IIN #.

Thanks Fedup!!

I was very hopeful that today (at Saturday) AVR and/or payment site will be updated with new information for me , but it still says -"We have no record of your case", and online it's "Not Invoiced"...This seems very strange for me. I have my case in since last Wendsday...

Is anybody have their NVC case status updated today??

I am worried too... Paid 8-16, online shows paid 19th. They received my 864 8-20.. When I talked to customer service yesterday I was told 864 was received and being processed, payment received.. But NO UPDATE in AVR.. I think they do update AVR at least few times a week, including Friday or Saturday morning, but nothing today.

I am not sure, but from what I see in other's timelines, it takes 1-2 days for them to process and accept 864, and once it shows accepted it means no RFE. I am concerned and worried now. It's going to be a long weekend

I have the same 6-8 week messages as well. Both my 864 and 230 are in the sytems awaiting review. Let's hope for a quick case complete.
