hi there folks. im just wondering for my husband interview. what documents that he needs to bring to his interview? do we have to present the copy of I-864? ds230?for ir1 what is the list thank you in advance. we paid debros today for documents verification. ty.

my husband move and apparently lost the copy of it. i dont know what else to do.

my husband received a letter from usem manila and all the documents is completed. we sent all the original copies of birth certificate, nbi police clearance marriage contract. employer letter and ds230 i-864 to NVc . i read the letter and it says here

reminder:

any documents that were requested by the NVC but were not submitted to the NVC must be brought to the visa interview.... we submitted everything and i think its look fine.

the applicant must bring his medical examination result to the visa interview in an envelope sealed by the medical office... he will have his medical done 2 weeks from now.

if the sponsor filed a I-1864 and provided the NVC with proof of an irs federal income tax the applicant must bring the sponsor most recent federal income tax return...

i am not currently working at the moment and my sister is my co sponsor. prior to interview. she will give me a copy of her income tax return for 3 years. employer letter and her recent pay stub i think this is the most important documents that my husband must brought to the interview. please advice from here. thank you guys in advance.

I brought all the documents listed in the letter from the NVC. By the time of the consul's interview he only get my pictures and letters/cards. I saw in his table the ITR and the other documents that my husband has sent to the NVC. I also noticed the DS-230 in the prescreener and gave me back the pictures attached to it. She let me sign in the 2nd page of DS-230. Bring all the documents for verification purposes. Goodluck to your husband!
