I appreciate your response and I don't mind your English language :) I do understand how you feel and what you went through. I was just curious if we really NEED to do that just to prove the"bonafide marriage". Anyhow, thank you for the response.

I do include in my packaged the evidences that I could get and provide the necessary documents to prove that I did came over and had a bonafide marriage.

I just submitted my papers and got a confirmation from USPS that they did received my application...

Thanks again!

Read the instructions for the I-751 CAREFULLY. It explains what's required. No need letter from ex- hubby. Probably be nice to have but not required.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

hi again...

what the evidences that you provide? :)

I submitted the following:

Copy of front & back of green card

Copeis of Tax returns 2006 & 2007 (MFS)

Copies of proof of residence (i.e. personal check addressed with Ex-husband residence; school invoice in my name but addressed to my Ex-husband residence;pay stubs)

Copy of final divorce decree & copy of dissolution of marriage(Ex-husband filed for divorce for me)

Electronic bank statements & Financial account history from my employer showing all my paycheck went to his account (coz he received all my earned monies) until we separated.

Original affidavit of support from our Pastor (who introduced us) and Senior Pastor (know me personally).

Pictures during and after separation

Emails during, after separation, and after divorce was final.

Pretty much more of our correspondence during the separation. I tried to work it out the marriage but my Ex-husband chose not to and it leaves no choice but to give what he wanted. Even if I wanted to work out the marriage it will not gonna work out because of my son's issues with him and he likewise. Our marriage fell apart because parenting issues and financial issues.

I hope to hear back from CSC soon...

Regards,

Bulanglang
