Just trying to plan in advance now ive been approved but im concerned with the medical. Do I need to get anything reports from my family doctor prior to the medical??? And if so any idea how many years the records need to go back, its only because i suffered with depression 10 years ago and worried it will come to light.

Thanks in advance

The only thing you need to bring is your immunization record. Dennis just had his medical and that's all he brought with him. He was missing a couple, so the doctor gave him what he could. I wouldn't worry about the depression. For one, it probably won't come up. And for two, from what I understand they are only looking for communicable diseases (AIDS, etc) and making sure you have your immunizations...they don't care about depression. Don't stress about it. :D
