Whats the quickest way to get to a customer service rep? Everytime I call i'm always waiting like an hour to talk to a human being.

Can anyone help?

Ask them to escalate your call to an IMMIGRATION AGENT.

Here is my story. I've lived problem free life, payed my taxes. One day I decided to marry this girl. But to do so would require her to come to US of A, and so it started. My problem free live turned in to free problems from USCIS! Sure things turned to unsure, certain dates turned to aproximation within months. All logical thinking was out the door, as I filed my papers withing famous Vermont Centre!

dude chill, you are lucky you got transferred to Cali, at least there is some movement. Imagine if that was still Vermont?

I understand your frustration. My daughter will be three next month and she would have only spent a total of 2 weeks with her father her entire life. You don't want to seem ungrateful cause for many people that are still at VSC it is even harder but being apart from your loved one is difficult. Many people are going to say to you that you should be lucky atleast they are doing something but without that approval, you are still just waiting and that's just as bad. Hang in there, it know it is hard but i still have faith in God, its' going to happen soon. :cry:
