Tax transcripts and employer letter

Hello, this is my first post in the AOS forum. We are getting married next week and we are currently gathering everything we need for AOS, to send everything as soon as possible. I only have a few questions about the proofs for the I-864.

- We need the tax transcripts of the past 3 years. We had gotten them for the K-1 visa interview and the embassy kept the transcript for year 2007. So I have 2005 and 2006, but 2007 is missing. However I had scanned it before. Can I just print it myself or do we need to ask a new one from IRS?

- Also, I read that W2 from last year is necessary. Is it required even if we submit transcripts?

- The letter of employer that we got for the K-1 interview is dated May 20 2008. Do we need a more recent one to send with the AOS package? Nothing has changed (still same salary, same position, etc.) As for the tax transcripts, I had scanned it prior to the interview, so maybe I can print it myself? (probably not, but I thought I'd ask anyway)

Thank you all

Cecile

Hi;

I just filed and my employer letter was dated in May also. I think you should be fine.
