passport place of issuance

hello again, i got my passport in dfa pasay city, but it was on my passport it was issued in manila, can i ask what city im going to put on my ds form about the place of issuance? im confused

paano yung state province lola, ano ilagay ko...waaaaaaaa?

hehehe,kaw pa,lam mo naman ako basta kaw... State or Province - Manila din po!!!gusto mo naman lagay mo province mo Iloilo hahaha....joke lang!!!Manila din
