Or using DHL, UPS, etc.? This is regarding DS-3032. Does it matter how it gets there?

no, this shouldnt matter (but i would send it with some kind of tracking method, so u know that it made it to their office safe and sound). as long as ur spouse signed it and u filled the form correctly u shud b fine. alternatively people r emailing this form but a lot of VJers are lately reporting a lag in data entry when u send the email. so it is faster these days to mail the actual document.

You can email your choice of agent. Sending registered mail is a good way to waste money and add time to delivery.

I am going to email as well. From what I read it is best to do it both ways.

However, I am the beneficiary, not the petitioner and I am not in the US. Since the form needs my signature, I have to send it by mail not my husband and I don't trust the local mail service, so my only choice is some sort of registered/tracked service.
