Say we apply for AOS and get an RFE for financial, what is the best way to follow up if say my "income" is not up to the 125% standard. Would we be better off waiting until finances are in order to file AOS or filing now and waiting for an RFE if it happens? What are the pros and cons of each way? Assets in order, income is not.

What is the timetable if she had mer medical in her country... 1 year before it has to be repeated?

Must have full medical if St. Lukes is more than 1 year from applying for AOS. Not sure if it's applying for AOS or date you go for I-693.

Depends on when you think you can come up with enough income. Obviously sooner the better as date of GC determines when one can apply for USC. Also you can apply for EAD and AP for free when you submit the I-485.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!
