Who needs to fill out G325-A???

OMG.. ready to mail out my package tomorrow.... while double checking all the application forms.....realized that I might need to fill the G325A form, can someone let me know if I need to???

So far I only fill out I-485 (AOS), I-765 (EAD), I-131 (AP)

I am a F-1 status!!

I-485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR ADJUST STATUS

▪ Personal Check: Payment to US Department of Homeland Security in the amount of US$1,010.00 (Biometrics fee included)

▪ Copy of passport's biographical page

▪ Copy of F-1 visa page with entry stamps

▪ Copy of valid I-94 form (front and back)

▪ Certified Copy of Marriage License

▪ Copy of Birth Certificate along with English translation (with translator proofread and sign)

▪ Two 2"x2" passport photos

▪ Whole bunch of old and current I-20s

▪ Copy of passport’s biographical page

▪ Copy of F-1 visa page with entry stamps

Yes, you and your spouse (if you are filing based on marriage) both need to fill out the G325A form

My husband is a US citizen, we got married and I am the only one who is filing the I-485 package, so my husband also needs to fill out the G325A form also???

Your husband needs to fill it out only if you are filing the I-130 concurrently. If not, then only you need to fill it out for I-485 package

It looks like you are filing an AOS application (I-485) without a concurrent petition (I-130). Has your husband filed the I-130 earlier and you are now just attaching the receipt (NOA) for that earlier application to your AOS pack?

If not, then your package needs to include form I-130, fee for $355 and related evidence. This petition will establish your eligibility to adjust status while in the US, without it your I-485 will be rejected. If your husband has never filed I-130, what answer did you put down in Part 2 of I-485?

Yes, you need to fill out G-325A: one copy (4 pages) along with the I-485 and another copy (4 pages) along with the I-130, if your husband will be filing a I-130. Also, in this latter case, your husband also needs to file a G-325A along with the I-130.
