My wife was approved for visa and she came to US thru Newark on July 9th 2008 with a stamp in her passport, nothing else.

Today (August 21, 2008), we received TWO Welcome to USA letters dated August 14 2008.

Its been over a month and still no green card, how long should this take or should we call USCIS??

Also, when should we file to list the conditions?? and which forms to file??

Thank You in advance.

She should get GC soon. At least you know they have her address correct. Should have got SS card by now also.

She has to apply to remove conditions within 90 days before the 2 year expiration date on the GC.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

People I know got their GC 1-2 months after they entered to the US.

I would wait at least for another month.

She can remove the condition 3 months before her current GC expires.

Supposedly it expires on July 8, 2010, you can file I-751 on/after April 10, 2010.
