i'm not really seeing the bias in the story.

Me either. I'm seeing "zOMG! I'm so persecuted because my wife is from the Philippines!!!" but I'm not seeing any evidence of it at all. It's a simple property dispute. One person has to be right and the other wrong. Who he is married to has nothing to do with it. What he's going to do now, is GIVE some people a reason to hate Filipinas. Good job, moron.

:thumbs::thumbs:

We are always be discriminated wherever we go, and we are prepared for this.. Some are not.. But time will come all this things made us Filipinos to be stronger than ever..

Here we go.... "Oh Woe! Everyone hates me! Everyone dicriminates against me!"

Sorry - like Charles, I've never seen it here in Indiana; and I lived with a Filipino for 5 or 6 years.

There is always discrimination wherever you go.. it is just a matter of how you will take it,

I never got discriminated when I was in the STATES.. I was talking about OUTSIDE the UNITED STATES..

reference the bolded statement, you did say

We are always be discriminated wherever we go,

for the above statement to be true, it would have to apply when in the usa too, would it not?

Discrimination has different types.. it occurs from work, applying jobs, ethnicity, races... etc...

You can never tell someone is discriminating you unless you experience one ... I am thinking outside the BOX not only in the US.

To give you an honest answer:

On this statement: I never got discriminated when I was in the STATES.. I was talking about OUTSIDE the UNITED STATES.. - I never got discriminated by other people in the US..

but honestly I did get discriminated by my sister inlaws in the first year of marriage by questioning my intention of marrying his brother...that I came from the Philippines... that sooner I will divorce my husband..(sorry but I heard this came from her mouth...Till we got to talk and she realized shes wrong.. and find out that I really love her brother..

I don't believe this too. I don't feel any discrimination here. If you always feel that you will be discriminated, then you will be discriminated.

We are always be discriminated wherever we go,

i don't really believe that.

There is always discrimination wherever you go..

Yes, I agree with that statement, even in our homeland,in the Philippines.

last year when I was on vacation,,my brother and I while waiting the pictures for develop in sm mall. I saw this sign:

wanted sales lady:

must be single

atleast 5''4' tall

atleast college graduate (even if you only apply as a sales lady)

there is discrimination every where. but its a different type of discrimination but still a discrimination.
