MrsRowe: I have not got any email nor online update. I am not sure but if you are worry, you should try CSC RFE line. To make sure you can make it to CSC Rfe line, try your case number with WAC in front then when you get instead what you have from Vermont (EAC?) (while on the phone with automated system use WAC to live person give your real case number)

Let me know how it goes. They have internal access to all the cases and they can find out where is your case sitting. Some of people working over there are nice.

My case was transferred to DC when all the other cases were transferred to CSC from VSC. Do you guys think if I call CSC they might be explain to me on why my case was transferred to a local office in DC when i live in NY.

Well, at least I am not in position to telll you what to do. CSC number is same for USCIS (800) 375 – 5283 but you choose to go to RFE line: select 1--2--2--4--2--1--WAC#--1--1

Good Luck but I am not sure if your case is in CSC.

Hello people,

I called RFE line for CSC and she look at my case and she said good news is: you case has been approved today. They will send you the notice to your address.

She was happy and I was happy and that is it.

No email yet neither online message. I only had a touch in the morning. I hope it is true.

I applied I-130 base on my green card in Feb. 2006 and in july 23, 2008 I had it upgraded.

I had an RFE and lots of touches. It has been a long journey for us.

Again thank you all for being here all the time.

PS, I hope she won't call me and say, sorry I was mistaken about your approval and you just had another RFE
