Cheese. OK. Quick one for TV night:

Get a nice big pumpernickel bread (or whichever looks like a huge bowl), open and empty. Keep top of bread to cover while cooking

Shred whichever freaking cheese you have on your fridge.

Butter inside and out of bread.

Put cheese in and oven for a while until it melts.

Eat with fingerrrrs.

Yum.

what kind of fingers do you usually eat with that??

sorry I couldn't resist...

Wow, how very classy of you Marilyn...

I was just trying to be funny :crying: I guess I should just stop trying

anyways about the cheese.. I don't really have any cheese in the house at the moment besides that powdered Parmesan cheese but I know how most of you feel about that :P:lol:

I did make these really yummy burgers the other day using Parmesan cheese.... just mixed it into the ground beef along with some Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and paprika.... they were yummy...

that's a terrible excuse. there's always some kind of cheese on sale. Even if it's not, a couple bucks won't kill you.

i haven't bought cheese in a long time. I think i have 2 packs (opened) of those already grated cheese frozen, must be there for like 3 or more months, and I have a few blue cheese and roquefort packs (not opened) in the fridge that i also bought a long time ago, but haven't cooked anything with it. So i don't even have to buy cheese for this, i'll only buy lasagna noodles, ground beed and ham.
