Hi everyone

We have our interviw this thursday in St Paul, very nervous and excited. Can you please check my interview docs and let me know if they are sufficient? My package seems very small but I have ticked all the boxes:

1. 1485 and 129f submission plus copies

2. Original police certificate from 129f plus copy

3. Original medical from 129f plus vaccination supplement from 1-485 plus copies

4. All notifications ever issued by INS

5. Hubbys and my birth certificates plus copies

6. Original marraige certificate plus copy

7. Electricity bill in both our names plus copy

8. Affadavit of support plus updated 2005 return

9. Lease in both our names

10. Testimonials from his family (mother, father, grandparents) supporting our relationship and from my family (mother and grandmother) doing same - notarized

11. Joint bank account statement

12. Plane tix stubs showing that we both went back to Oz recently for a month and sat next to each other for the whole trip

13. Photos - we only have about 15 of these (we dont have a trillion together)

14. Save the date email that was sent out for our upcoming wedding reception (on 22nd july)

So it doesnt seem like a whole lot, but I feel that I have covered everything. I have been away for a month and only got back on tuesday so am kinda outta the whole immigration mindset.

Thanks for your help

Oh also around 20 cards and letters addressed to both of us or from his family to me or vice versa

Looks pretty good.

Don't forget the wedding bands. They were not on the USCIS checklist so we left the house without them! (But I did have receipts).

12-05-2005 Infopass appt at San Jose office for interim EAD -- Refused, because it is already approved by MSC on 11-07-2005

Hi Pri

That was my error, not the original but a copy. I believe that you do need the original on the day of the interview in case they need to view it - you only need a copy when applying for the 1-485.

Thanks Everyone
