In 2006 We applied for k1 I did not get the visa they gave me 221g and sent the case back to US we did not wait and we got married in 2007, we did not get any letter from the immigration office that they canceled the k1 or anything even if my husband called and wrote to them to cancel the k1, we sent our 130 and129 last year nothing happen and we are still waiting for the approval but what happended now we got the approval for the first 129f the k1, I don t understand what’s going on, it’s a mistake, why they did not approve the 130 and they are approving the old 129f, do they pay attention or just pick up any case and approve it , can anybody explain to me what’s going on and what’s going to happen and what we can do… thanks a lot

You seem to be confuse, are you talking about the first I-129F for K1 fiancee visa or the second I-129F for spousal K3 visa?

It doesn't make much sense. It cannot be the old I-129F approved again, it was approved once when you had the interview, got a 221(g) and it was sent back to USCIS according to what you told us.

Right, there is no such thing as an "approved again" petition. I I129F sent back to USCIS from the embassy would not be approved again. What makes you think it is the first I129F approval you received and not the second K3 one? Did the case numbers match? Or is it just because the approval notice mentions fiance? Match NOA1 case number to NOA2 case number. Your K3 was probably approved.

it's the 129f for k1, we have the case number of course and we checked it it's about the k1 and not k3, if they can not approve it again that means they made a mistake,

USCIS website said that approval notice sent, my husband did not get the approval notice yet but the case number is for the first 129f for k1 and not for k3 which we are waiting for, my husband will call today and we will see what they will say, i think nobody had this happen before, thanks for your reply
