While naming your kids, will you use names from your Non-USC spouse's country?

Fabulous name

* side note.. my nephew was born on the exact same day as my son just a year later and they named him Levi James and then my dad made some glib remark (probably in jest knowing my dad) about why they didn't use his name (I think my dad forgot that we had already named our son after him) anyways I find this all out later when my mom informs me that they decided to add William to his name, Levi James William... I was just a little upset  my sister-in-law claims that she didn't know that we had used my dad's name or she forgot or something....

Maybe they just liked the name? Surely it wasn't a slight to you, Marilyn? My daughter and my niece have the same middle name, after my "god-sister" and best friend who died in high school. My niece is older and I asked my sister if she minded and we both thought it was a nice tribute to Nicole.

We don't even think we'll have children; but this thread got me thinking. Hmmmmm.

We'll put Joshua on a plane ....you can try him out for the weekend. :D

I'm closer :) Len, I'll be over on Tuesday with my daughter....

If P and I have any more kids we've talked about different names and we'll probably have a German first name. But so many German names are also used in America. We'll just see what sounds good with his name and seems to strike our fancy. I think we should have twins and name them (if boy/girl) Hansel und Gretl or (if boy/boy) Max und Moritz :)
