I sent in ALL the documents that NVC required plus copies of All the document and every time I call they tell me that something is missing when i am 100000000% sure they have it. sigh. I called tonight and they say they didn't receive my original Birth Cert and Marriage Cert...#######!!! I know they have it. The last time they said a W2 was missing....and i know they got it. We sent it in again. Now, they are saying that data is missing from the AOS form...when we are sure they have everything.

I don't know what to do anymore . Someone plz help...what can i do? Who can i write or call? We needed our case to be completed quickly ...but we didnt expedite because i read somewhere on their website that they only do military and medical expedites. Now we are at the end of our rope.

Any advice?

Did you include the certified birth certificate and certified marriage certificate in the package of DS-230? Just ask to speak to a supervisor the next time you call. Just make sure you say to the supervisor that it is causing you stress that you are getting RFE's for something they already have. I don't know what else to say but hang in there it will soon be over. Good luck.

They did the same to us with the divorce certificate, which I knew we sent for sure. They even looked twice after i called them and said they don't look 3 times. Since I had no more certified originals, I got pissed off  and I sent them a photocopy of what I had previously mailed ..... and they accepted it! :innocent: I lost 2 weeks in the process, which probably cost me the interview for September.

I suggest asking to have a supervisor review your file. We did because the NVC apparently had confusion over stuff we had ALREADY SENT (just like you). It only took them 5 days to complete our case after that.

Long story short, we have a complicated case. We've been at this for nearly 5 years. You can read our story here. I highly recommend our attorney Laurel Scott, as well as attorneys Laura Fernandez and Lizz Cannon .

Filed I-130 via CSC in Feb 2008. Petition approved June 2008. Consular interview in Mexico, Oct 2008, visa denied, INA 212a6cii. We allege improper application of the law in this case.

2012, started over in Seoul: I-130 filed DCF on 7/2, I-130 approved 8/8, Medical at Yonsei Severance 11/20, IR1 appointment in November 2012.

CRBA filed 1-3-13 at Seoul for our daughter

I just called. They are still giving me the run around. They told us that we cant speak to a supervisor...but they will let one review our case. They also said that they are sending out another RFE.... but this RFE is a result of misleading information from their office.

I GIVE UP! I dont care anymore...whatever happen... USCIS was much easier for us.

you've made it this far and you don't have that much further to go. Maybe with the supervisor looking over your case they'll give you a case complete soon.

I think i am just gonna leave Jamaica and go stay with my wife till the process is done. She has been really depressed for about three weeks now....and i am worried about her. She lives alone in a new area...so she has no friend for family there.

Be careful with that. You're almost at the end and you don't want them to give you any problems. I hope you hear something positive from them soon. I don't get why they do that.
