breakdown of documents after noa2

ok i can't find it, but i thought it would be there, after i looked at the guides up top, i found at the bottom of the i-129f guide a list of documents to send to your benificiary after sending package, seems very helpful but, as i'm the benificiary i would like to see a simular breakdown of what i need to get myself for after the noa2. but i can't find it and i know the list i found isn't everything because its a) addresses to the USC B) not mentioning the police certificate. can some one please point me in the direction on here where i can find this information? am i looking in the wrong place? or is there not one on here.

perhaps someone in the know could help us and point us in the right direction, also as to the police certificate is it 6months or three months of living in a country before you need one for it? cos i stayed and studied in france for 3 months exactly and i didn't get the card d'sejour because i didnt want to stay longer and didnt work. it was just an exchange trip. i can't remeber if i need one for there?

vaccinations documents? is that what you get from your doctor or civil surgeon?

also while my birthcertificate is long form ( ithink) well has mum and dads date and place of birth on it. almost twenty six years of existence has made it a bit worn and taty and faded. its like a piece of tissue. should i order another one?

and i guess it is from your doctor! i know i asked for my injections i had and got quoted £ 10 for them to find it all out and write it down

i dont know if you need any special document saying what Injections etc you have had ! all i know is i need to find out if i have had Tdap and MMR cus thats all i need for the usa!

yeh i did i have a link some where to the kightsbridge doctors lists of costs. think £180 for medical, plus injections i think i need tdap, hpv and possibly chicken pox although i had it as a child the doctor couldnt find it in my records and he didnt know what tdap was. think $131 for visa and £14 visa delivery. i think thats all i can remember. right now

Order your police certificate from ACPO in the UK. They are good for 12 months. Read the instructions because you have to send in passport photos to them and they have to be signed on the back by somebody official who has known you 2 years. They give a list. My fiance used his doctor when he went in to get his shot records done. Being a student in France could technically be considered not "living there" since maybe you maintained a permanent address with your parents in the UK?? Kinda like being on holiday because your real residence was UK. I dunno. London is pretty easy and doesn't seem overly particular. If you list the address in you biographical, then they might ask about it. Look up France in Embassy info and it may tell about police certificates there. Look in the guidelines.. there is a flowchart... or just WAIT for Packet III and Packet IV from the US Embassy of your country... Learn to be patient!!!!

go to the embassy website and download packet 3 for your consulate. It will give a complete list of all documents required.

UK doesn't have the actual Packet 3 on their website...but most of the information from P3 is in the links I gave above. If you haven't seen me post this before, I have scans of the whole London P3 but it's too many pages to put on VJ. I tried, but exceeded my limit with 4 pages. You can PM me with an email address if you want to see what you'll be getting. It's on Microsoft Sky Drive, so if you have a hotmail or msn based account, that's better. I have to "share" for you to get access to the drive. Then you can save, print, whatever.
