Has anyone recently had an RFE out of CSC? I recived my RFE in the mail August 4th and was able to overnight it on August 7th and CSC recieved it on 8/12.

When I orginally filled out my I-129 I forgot to sign and answer no to the question regarding convictions so I filled it out and sent it back.

I am now waiting but no action! I have also called a few times and noticed every time I called CSC looks at my file the last update date changes in my profile. This last time I called I aske the CSC rep if the date on my profile changes simply because I call and they check the status and he said yes so this morning I checked and sure enough the date changed and now show last up date on 8/19.

Has anyone noticed this?
