An INFOPASS might help? So that you can go to your local office and talk to an immigration officer and "maybe" tell you on where your paperwork was at now. GOod luck God bless

222 days for I-485 processing time (between biometrics and interview) for Charlotte, NC....VJ processing time estimate for the last 3 months. Seattle,WA has about the same waiting time..... I wish our paperwork was sent to CSC for processing......too!!!!

I don't think I would waste my time with an Infopass at this time, you're under 5 months still. The CIS processing timeline for your local office is way more than that. As you said, they are currently processing applications received in Oct 2007. It's now August 2008, so that's 10 months. So you aren't even half-way there, and that's probably what CIS would tell you. Sorry, you'll have to just wait it out like the rest of us. I doubt you'll have to wait 10 months though. Besides, you have your EAD, what's the hurry about the AOS?
