~ Hello fellow VJers ~

In anyones experience or opinion, will i need a co-sponsor if my income is only slightly over the 125% poverty level?

The guidelines for 2008 say $22,000 for a family of 3, to which i will be making an estimated $23,500-$24,000 this year.

Does anyone know if they follow the guidelines closely and possibly take into consideration that my past few years were much higher but due to a recent job change it has been lowered?

Any feedback will be greatly appreciated :D

Thank You ~~Mike and Karol~~

I'm not as familiar with PI as some here but my advice is to have one lined up and have all documentation ready just in case. ;) I'm sure someone with more experience dealing with that Embassy will chime in.

You could always pick up a p/t job to be certain you won't need one. Keep in mind you'll have adjustment to think of as well.
