 I'm about to send my application I-751 packaged to remove conditions on my Permanent Resident Card filling on a waiver. I'm a bit anxious and nervous but trusting God.

I do not know what would be the outcome of this application but here are the evidence and documents I'm about to send (in an hour from now):

  1. Copy of Green cards (filling with son) both front and back of the PR card.
  2. copy of 2006 TAX -filling married
  3. Copy of 2007 TAX - Married filling separate
  4. as much evidence I could gather to show proof of residency with Ex-husband
  5. financial account - showing Ex-husband receiving all paychecks since I started working until we separated.
  6. correspondence and pictures together during and after separation
  7. original affidavits of closed friends
  8. a marriage history letter - detailed with dates/during and after separation attached with the letter are correspondence
  9. final divorce decree copy and summary of dissolution of marriage -showing Ex-husband filed for divorce for me

The packaged is quite heavy with correspondence between my Ex-husband and I, during marriage, after marriage and after the divorce was final.

I'll keep you posted of this processing...keep me in your prayers.

I hope to give an encouragement to those that are going to file a waiver and/or similar case as mine.

 in His mercy and grace I trust all of this processing...

Proof of residency showing my Ex-husband and I did lived together. We do not have that much of joint bills except for one, the car insurance (included in the packet to be submitted). The documents that I could provide- that we did lived together are my personal check addressed to his residence; financial accounts from my employer showing paychecks went to his account, school invoice showing my name addressed to his residence.

Thanks for the response...
