Wow, i checked this morning and there was no touch on my file since yesterday, i just looked again and there is a touch. I hope they are adjudicating our case right now. :dance::dance:

Me too! None yesterday, but one this morning!

My husband is visiting at present (for 10 days more or less) and the kids are away. We still have to work but it is so wonderful not to have to divide my attention between the children and him. I am beginning to feel married, not just on paper, but in real life. While we see one another a lot (pretty much every week) sustained time together means so much. And we've had a wonderful time for the 2 months as we've managed to spend 16 days (thus far -- it'll be 23 by the 31st) this month and 17 days last month together. But this week, without children... WOW!

With the ramping up of I-130 processing, the timing couldn't be better.

I know we have months to go, but after nearly 10 months, a few more seems trivial.

I-130 Moved to California 6-August-2008

My petition has been in 3 states (1, twice) in 9 months!

Im making a bold prediction that both of you will get approved by 9am tomorow PT

Here is my story. I've lived problem free life, payed my taxes. One day I decided to marry this girl. But to do so would require her to come to US of A, and so it started. My problem free live turned in to free problems from USCIS! Sure things turned to unsure, certain dates turned to aproximation within months. All logical thinking was out the door, as I filed my papers withing famous Vermont Centre!
