OK.....i posted earlier about my fiance' not having the police certificate.....Now my question is .....IF HE GOES TO THIS INTERVIEW WITHOUT

THE POLICE CERTIFICATE....will the embassy frown on this ....i mean will it hurt anything....we want to wait as long as possible before the

interview to see if perhaps he will get the police certificate and this would mean canceling and rescheduling at the last minute with

the embassy......and i am thinking the embassy may not like that either......CAN ANYBODY HELP ME WITH THIS QUESTION....OR HAS

THIS HAPPENED TO ANYBODY.......THANKS TO ALL AGAIN.....

They may miss it. They may stick you on AR until you get it. May let it go if it's for a country like Dubai where you can only get a PC by appearing in person.

I wouldn't cancell. Just see what they come up with!

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

If you don't have it by the time of the interview, I'd go to the interview anyway. If your visa is approved on condition that they receive the BC, then all you'll need to do is send it in, and they'll issue the visa. I don't know about your Embassy, but if you cancel the interview, it might take ages to get another date.

Let us know how things work out for you!

Best of luck!

Don't cancel your appointment, the worse case scenario is, they will request to see it before your case can be approved or denied ... They may let it goes altogether. This document is very important and every person is required to have this done.

In Colombia they have a few ladies, or witches should I say since they're incredibly mean, checking all required documents before the interview. If you're missing any document whatsoever, they'll give you a pink slip and ask you to re-schedule when you get all the documents in order. They won't even let you interview.
