Does anyone know if you can send a copy of a certified back ground check to USCIS. Can they use this for your petition? That way they cannot make excuses on delays due to back ground check from FBI.

i dont know but thats a great question ..............kind of thing the answer would be no because it would talk to much out of their hands at least thats what i think i would love to hear from those that know alot more than i do about this.........

NO.

They use IBIS, and run it when they receive the petition, and again when they adjudicate (approve) it.
