Hello everyone! It's been a while since I last posted here since my internet connection has been acting up lately. My fiance (USC) just sent out the I129F package today and yes I am very much happy, excited and anxious about it at the same time!!! I would lilke to get your take on the following contents of the package that he sent and tell me what you think. All the letters and supplement had been signed for and dated. I am keeping my fingers crossed since this is the very part of the process where we actually do not have any control over.

Contents include:

_ Payment in the amount of $455.00 USD in Postal Money Order payable to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

_ Form I-129F

_ Form I-129F Supplement: Part B, Question 1, Information about your alien fiancé(e). Question 3a: (State/Country), Question 13: List all children of your alien fiancé(e) (if any) and Question 18, explanation of meeting in person.

_ Form G-325A, supplement and passport style photo (Petitioner)

_ Form G-325A, supplement and passport style photo (Beneficiary)

_ Certified True Copy of Birth Certificate/ Photocopy of US Passport (Petitioner)

_ Certified True Copy of Divorce Certificate (Petitioner)

_ Authenticated Birth Certificate and Certificate of No Marriage (Beneficiary)

_ Letter certifying intent to marry (Petitioner and Beneficiary)

_ Proof of having met in person in the past two years (photocopies of boarding passes for his trip tyo the Philippines and my trips to the US)

_ Proof of ongoing relationship (emails, pictures, hotel bills, airline itinerary)

Copies of proof submitted are exact photocopies of unaltered documents.

Any thoughts? Thanks!

It all looks good except you didn't need the Cenomar with the petition. I'd get a new one closer to the interview date.

I think you have everything they need! but as what I have known they don't need the CENOMAR from you. You'll be the one to bring that to your interview soon. Anyway, that's good. Give them more what they want! Goodluck to you...
